CloakMyWork makes absolutely no guarantee, representation, or warranty that the processing provided will successfully prevent any specific artificial intelligence system, scraping crawler, data-mining bot, or automated entity—present or future—from ingesting, parsing, or training on your content. The Service operates purely as a technical deterrent and operational speed bump; it does not constitute a legal, contractual, or unbreakable cryptographic barrier against unauthorized intellectual property harvesting.

3. EXCLUSION OF CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES & ABSOLUTE LIABILITY CAP

CloakMyWork operates entirely as a local, client-side utility within your web browser sandbox. No user files, images, or text strings are uploaded to, stored by, or cached on our servers. Because CloakMyWork has zero access to your digital files post-session, you bear sole, absolute responsibility for maintaining original, unaltered backups of your creative work. CloakMyWork is not responsible for any file degradation, loss of fidelity, or formatting errors that may occur during local browser-side processing.
